It is important to note that third-party cookies must be enabled in order to access and navigate the NetAcad site, curriculum, and exams without issues. Third-party cookies can sometimes be blocked. To resolve the issue, please do the following:

• Add assessment.netacad.net to the trusted sites section of your browser

Individuals can manage cookies on Cisco Networking Academy from the blue banner at the bottom of the NetAcad.com website.

Adobe Flash Player met its End-of-Life (EOL) date on 31 December 2020. This change impacted the Entrepreneurship course, which used Flash.
 
Networking Academy developed an extension option – an executable application available to download – that provides extended access to the course. The executable application simply provides an interface to access the online course content, it is not a downloadable version of the course.
 
To locate the extension options, please follow the steps below after logging in to Cisco NetAcad:
 
Instructor:

1. Click “Resources” and select “Course Resources”

2. Click “Entrepreneurship”

3. Click the link for the OS and language you need to install located under v1.0 Adobe Flash End-of-Life Extension

Student:

1. Click “Resources” and select “All Resources”

2. Click “Entrepreneurship Extension”

3. Click the link for the OS and language you need to install
   

Normally, the HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error message is browser related. The following options may resolve the issue:
 

• Use the most current version of our recommended browsers: Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome
• Clear your browser's history and cache, close the browser, and restart it before accessing the page again
• Enable 3rd party cookies in your browser

 

Yes, Cisco NetAcad is accessible on a mobile device. An "app" is not available, but Cisco NetAcad will work through a browser on a mobile device.
